How to convert 4' Flourescent Fixture to LED

NOTE: Turn off the power to the fixture before messing with electrical. This process converts old fluorescent fixtures that require ballasts by bypassing the ballast and using LED lights.

Cut all wires off at the close to the ends of the ballast. Then combine all wires from one side of the fixture with a wire nut and the hot wire.

Then combine all wires from the other side of the fixture with a wire nut and the neutral wire.
