You can find Rodent Killer bait and the key required to open the traps on the top shelf in the utility closet.
There are six bait traps around the outside of the building.
Use the key to unlock open the top.
Load up the bait area, close the top and move on to the subsequent stops. Put the bait and the key back where you got them.
