Sand edges of charcuterie boards with 220 grit sandpaper. Make sure you get the edges. You can either do this by hand, or with the triangle mouse sander.
Take sanded charcuterie boards to the oiling station in the material prep room.
Oiling Barrel Charcuterie Boards
If you need to fill the orange tongue oil jar, it is 1 part citrus solvent, 1 part tung oil (aka 50-50 split) These can be found underneath the oiling station.
Take a rag and wipe oil on all parts of the charcuterie board.
