Bourbon Half Sign

Step 1

Find misfit bourbon Round/Pieces of rounds.
No large Gaps

Step 2

Adjust Round to 6" min to 9" max (7-8 looks best) height depending on natural joints (should Leave enough room for a 6-8" wide elevated riser from the middle so the half round is really less than half)

Step 3

Glue boards together if necessary.

Step 4

Scrape wax off the rim of the round with a chisal or paint scraper

Step 5

Sand center area for clear lasering. Try to make look natural so sanding entire face may be necessary to blend. use jig to determine clear area.

Step 6

Wire brush the flaky ash off the back. scrape down and use sand booth + dust mask

Step 7

Spray to seal. Back -> Front -> Back again.

Add Hinge/Kickstand to the back
