How to Assemble Barrel Round Serving Trays

Use the jig to roughly line up the center of the barrel round. Clamp jig to round.

Line up the leather so the jig "arms" are in the center of it. Move in/out if this lands on a seam of the barrel.

Drill the tip of the bit through the leather hole. Do NOT go deep.

Attach the handle using the #8 1/2" screws.

Do the same for the other side. When finished, place a sticker on the bottom. Hold TRAY BY HANDLES TO MAKE SURE IT IS BALANCED AND CENTERED
