Make sure 1/4" roundover bit is set between ~0.63" on router.
Route the top and bottom outside edges
Sanding:

To sand the inside of the coaster, first take a piece of random orbital 220 grit sandpaper, and cut at the very edges of the circles.
You should be left with this.
Stick to the 2" sanding disc, and fold the edges up.
Attach the 2" sander to a drill, and sand along the inside of the coasters.
To sand outside of the coasters, set up the surface conditioner, and slowly rotate the sides along it.
