Cut Out and Route Harvest Baskets

Batch Size: Parts for 17 baskets

Time Standard: 70 minutes

Use oscillating tool to cut out harvest basket parts. If you're good you can use the part to guide the blade, if you're scratching up the part keep blade away from actual product as much as possible.

Set the 1/4" Roundover bit to somewhere between 0.62--0.63"

Route the parts tab side down first so the bearing doesn't catch on the tab.

Route the exterior edges on the front (no groove) and back (grooved) faces. On the rails and handle, you only have to roundover from indent to indent, but do it on all four edges.

Next Stop: Sanding for faces and handles, rails go to the To Be Machined shelves in the appropriately labled crate.
