How to Design Corkboard Cut Files

Open V-Carve. Load the latest cork file.
Production>States>Corkboards>Cut Files

If you are using a piece that has room for another state, do NOT delete the existing states in the file.

"Import Vector" and choose the state that you need from the "Corkboards" folder.

Move, rotate, and SLIGHTLY resize as necessary to have the cork fit.
Do NOT make it significantly bigger/smaller.

Choose the toolpath "Profile 1". Select the states that you are machining.
Shift+Click if more than one. Hit "Calculate"

Save toolpath in "Cut Files" either as "Cork#.#" if using leftover, or as "Cork #" if a brand new sheet.
Make sure the processor is ".ncc" for the Hulk.
