How to clean wine stave trays

Look to make sure order form matches the personalization on tray.

Wipe both wine stave sides with a damp blue towel.  These are on a roll right by purgatory.  I usually use the same one all week unless we are making a lot of trays and it is very dirty.  Point being that you can reuse the blue towel multiple times before throwing away.  

Lightly sand each handle until no more rough bits are felt.   

When finished, add a post card and set back on rack.

WHERE DO I SAND?  

Sand all along the inside of the oval, along the top 2 edges, and along the bottom edge.

Also make sure there are no nails, staples, or rough wood sticking out on side of stave.
