How to Poly Stave Serving Tray Bases

Lay out five bases on sawhorses with a wire shelf on it in front of the exhaust wall.  

Spray the bases in one direction

Then spray another coat perpendicular to the last coat.  

Put the bases on a cart like this to dry then repeat until you've finished all the bases.
