Put candle under running faucet.
Swirl water around. If it leaks out of any parts, mark the bottom with chalk in this location.

Fill the leaky spot with black silicone caulk. Let dry for 30 min.

Test again after the caulk has dried.
After all candles have been tested/fixed, move them to the wax-filling station.
